FWIW- IMO CECE A top five holding for myself is still a value if it trades below 7. This based on the current reported earnings and earnings moving forward. I also like the current backlog. It seems to me the company has made the transition and integrated recent acquisitions well. The above average dividend, improving fundamentals, and well covered earnings help for a hold.
