Re:The US Leads in the info revolution! For the most part, we are the
market share leaders; low cost providers; best global distribution;

Am I the only one, or does anyone else break out in the sweats when they hear of the govt. interference in respect to MSFT? From what I have heard of the govt.'s case, they know absoloutely nothing about the dynamic tech sector. IE4.0 is an OS system/browser. For them to come into the picture and begin to tell MSFT how the OS must function is ludicrous and a threat to any of us who have investments in MSFT, INTC, CSCO or AMAT. All of these cos. have market dominance but have achieved it largely through winning consumers over. Does anyone remember how NSCP garnered their ~67% share of the browser market?? Yes, they gave their browser away, exactly what they and the govt. now claim is unfair competition by MSFT. Our tech industry is too important to have some govt. bureaucrats whittle away the lead all of our companies have fought so hard for. I for one am pi***d off and scared of the power of these people(for lack of a better word) in Washington and what the future brings for other cos. who have the misfortune of being successful in the most competitive marketplace on earth.
