I would say:

find another reason - I'm sure you have many.
Um - since there is no guarantee that any president is not a whack job,

there is a chain of command that the launch orders need to go through.

First through Secretary of Defense and a chain all the way down to the two dudes that have to turn the key at the same time.

So if Trump is elected and flips his, eh, wig (is that what it is?) and decides that Liechtenstein is a threat to the world, the universe and to even to Disneyland and needs to be eliminated, then they'll be some guys to countermand the order while others quietly sneak up with the straitjacket.
