Scott why would someone buy shares over 8 when they can have 507,926 shares for$7.94 as stated in the December 17, 1997 filng with the SEC. the filing had some other interesting stuff did you get a chance to read it? I like to make money like everyone else but I wonder if thats why it pulled back yesterday when it kept trying to go over eight. What am I missing? Cary
