To anyone,

I recieved in the mail a copy of the class action suit against cs. The heart of the suit is that the smart switch 6000 and 2200 products were materially false and misleading because they stated that the products were available. They were not available due to supply shortages. During this time the principales of the company, the insiders were selling huge amounts of shares, such as 5,650,00 and
50,000 and 7,000 etc respectively. Does this sound like some sort of fraud, or am I being naive? In order my me to participate in the suit all I am required to do is sign a statement as to when I pruchased and how much.
