On what basis do you believe that Chinese regulators "hemmed and hawed?" China happens to be sovereign country with its own laws, regulations, processes, and customs. And MOFCOM processes are not limited to "antritrust issues" as you assert. To the contrary, this was originally estimated to close in the 3rd quarter, and is closing a full quarter earlier. This deal was approved more quickly than most, in part due to the existing Unisplendour relationship. They had no obligation to complete the process in a day, to satisfy your personal desires and wishes. Your prior troubles, related to assumptions of others' activities and motives, is a matter of public record. Evidence is what is normally required when making assertions of this type.
