I found the fact that people can and do develope antibodies to this disease a great comfort. That little tidbit was buried in the 5th paragraph of our local paper's story. Several people who had not developed any illness were found to have antibodies in their blood. Very good news indeed. Of course the article also said it could be transmitted person to person, not a happy thought.
