If true, it's hard to see how the next iPhone we see this September will be a compelling upgrade for most people. A simple rehash of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus with simple processor and camera upgrades probably won't cut it for a lot of people. That will hurt sales and put further pressure on the stock for the remainder of the year.

I was planning on buying whatever they come out with to upgrade my iPhone 6, but I'll have to wait and see now what they offer.
