You could say that if your talking about the "carried interest" scam........don't forget those "strategies" were put there to intentionally help the people who benefit from them, most likely as a quid pro quo for campaign contributions......... Bingo! And the greedy politicians of both parties take turns guarding that cash cow! It's understood that EVERYBODY benefits from these bribes and not that many taxpayers are affected. What's not to like? It's Chuck Schumer's turn to guard the loophole but they all take turns as political fortunes wax and wane.
