I'm confused by your reference to "last warning." I'm not aware of any previous warnings from you, so if there have been any, I would appreciate if you would provide a reference to the message number where you issued a warning. If a private message, it is not in my inbox, and I would appreciate a copy.
I'm sorry that you confuse debate with "bickering." I have pointed out fallacies in arguments. The most recent thread, related to the possibility of Unisplendour purchasing a 15% position on the open market, is on point to this board, as it would have a substantial effect on the supply and demand of this stock. I have attempted to keep the debate on topic, and have provided valuable information as it relates to CFIUS and foreign purchasers of U.S. stocks. Where I come from, this is called "providing factual information" and "setting the record straight," not bickering.
If you wish this board to be one where people cannot take opposing views, and challenge others to support their view, you might consider adding that to the description of this board. Otherwise, you should not expect conjecture to go unchallenged. Debate is what helps distinguish fact from fiction.
I personally find it offensive that the other participant continues with anti-Chinese rhetoric, unsupported by fact or law, and believe if there are any warnings to be issued, they should be directed toward this kind of behavior. |
