I'm not attempting to stop discussion but find the tone of the dialog between S.A. and Art to be becoming rather uncivil which not only I object to but others have complained about as well.

If people can't be civil toward each other they aren't welcome.

I ban people for being rude or a general nuisance and usually only as a last resort.
