Apple reduces App approval times for developers

Apple has reduced the approval time for new App Store submissions from over a week to less than two days
as part of efforts to boost revenue from services, Bloomberg reports.

The accelerated pace lets developers repair bugs more quickly, test new features more regularly, and better
react to market changes, the report says.

The average approval time has dropped from 8.8 days a year ago to 1.95 days in the past two weeks, the
report says, citing AppReviewTimes.com.
