Remember that most brokers have a 3 day settlement period, so it would be wise to do you tax loss selling either today or Friday.

Now, for anyone wanting to know the FACTS...

Yes, you can still take a tax-loss on stock sold today, Dec. 31st.
All you have to do is report the transactions by the trade dates rather than the settlement dates.

Take your loss in CSGI today, and start the New Year fresh.
