HI Suma; Seems that a lot of share holders who got in some time
ago have pulled out of USF. It looks like USF paid a huge
premium to take over MET. Not only did they up the price, but
the Australia Dollar has been sliding down since this started,
and by paying in American Dollars the MET share owners get an
even better deal. USF was about right with the $30 dollar
offer for MET, but going to $36 looks like desperation..
on top of that a lot of METs business is in Asia so USF is
now exposed to thoes problems.
Being a leader in her field I'm feel she will come back, but
it may take some time. You don't lose real money
until you sell, but it sure can be tied up ..I got me one
that's taken a bigger hit than USF.
Jim
