Bruce,

Don't you worry. The January effect might just roar this baby
back up 1/8 or so. I'm sure that once SDS is done dumping the
newly created 17 million shares, they will enact a 20-1 reverse
split that should bring the company back to about $2.00 or so.

I myself have learned some valuable lessons this year and have
made some New Year's resolutions:

1) No more companies with negative earnings.

2) No more biotech (see #1)
