I placed order @ 9 A.M. for an additional 800 shares @ the market. IT filled @ 14 1/8 even though ask before market opened was 13 1/2.My target price is 20$ based on market multiple accorded to CBSL and IMRS. Low institutional ownership should increase if December quarterly earnings beat estimates as most Y2K service providers are doing consistently.
