What an institutional investor was told was that they had signed "conventional" financing to pay off GTK, and that there was big news about to be announced regarding IWN.

When he saw what the financing really was he bailed out immediately. He didn't have to tell me to get out myself. I am very familiar with discounted converts sold to overseas entitys.

In retrospect he was 100% correct in doing that.

Did you notice that NTN showed no short interest in the last report? Offshore shorts don't get reported.

His information came from the highest levels at NTN. He now refers to that person as a "liar". No soft soap.

Remember NTN has been filling you full of "good news" for years. None of it has come to be. None!

I admire your persistence in going back for more.

Happy New Year, I hope it is for all the other NTN holders too. I remain unconvinced.
