My top turnaround pick for 98 is TSSW - a small software company that sells at a steep discount to the Industry average Price to Sales and Price to Book, has no debt, a better Industry Quick and Current Ratio and 3 new products to bring the company back to black. Company has reduced its costs since the second qtr as demostrated by its ability to reduce its loss from .15 to .09 on lower revenue. I am looking for revenue to pick up in the 4th qtr. First Call has an estimate of a loss of .06 for the 4th qtr and a profit of .13 for 98. The industry Price to Earnings Ratio is around 48. The company has about 1.50 in cash and sells for only $2.00. Insiders own a about 22%. DC
