With Apricus located in San Diego, I'm sure Pascoe has had the ear of execs at Ferring on more than one occasion. Bold type below...
Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Global Headquarters in St-Prex, Switzerland.
Ferring Holding SA headquarters are located in Saint-Prex, Switzerland. [1] The company holds over 5,000 employees with manufacturing facilities in Europe, South America, China and has built two new facilities in the US and in India.
In Copenhagen, Ferring has a R&D centre in the Ferring Tower in Ørestad. The company has commissioned Foster and Partners to design a new building in the Scanportdevelopment which is expected to be completed in 2019. It will have area of 30,000 square metres and have room for 750 employees. [2]
Dutch subsidiary Ferring B.V. [3] expanded to the US in 1980. [4] Feryring established a research group at the Ferring Research Institute in San Diego, CA (USA) in 1996. Ferring assembled a peptide research group that collaborates with academic scientists. The Ferring Research Institute moved to its new home in San Diego in February 2009 with the opening of a 38,000-square-foot facility in Sorrento Valley. The new facility houses expanded research laboratories for peptide medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, bioanalytical, and pharmacology.
Random thoughts:
Pascoe said at the KOL event that his goal is transparency...lots of work needs to be done here. How about an update on Sandoz, RTD, units sold, repeat users. Just a buzz word in my view. We're losing our asses, and that's transoarency?
Have a growing feeling from recent events and low sales volume that Vitaros is not effective, but various Tweets and other info out of France may give reason to pause on that thought?
There are a number of things (deals) that could happen to change the financial position in the short term.
If sales out of the EU don't perform better, I don't see Allergen opting in if the FDA approves...but then again the US market is also a different animal.
If the FDA approves, the pps should rise regardless of whether V is effective or not...for a bit.
Pascoe says the company is undervalued...sell that concept to us.
Not losing sleep over this (tonight). The final chapter has not been written, and it won't be for some time.
