A little sunshine for you NDE-ers. The Canadian publication Investor's Digest quotes Yorkton Securities analyst Art Ettlinger who says NDE is trading near cash break-up value of .24. The shares therefore have good downside protection at this level. He thinks it's a good time to buy considering the Brazilian assets. Good luck, all.
