I'm sure FMK will answer your questions; but I thought I would share a part of a conversation I had with David Archibald (CFO) on that subject about 8 months ago. I couldn't understand why they would have up to 4 production lines on order when they hadn't even determined that one would work yet. I suggested to Mr. Archibald that was risky. He agreed that it was. But, explained that the lead time on these lines was up to 18 mo., so it was imperative that they order them early. Also informed me that at that time it had not yet been determined where line 3 and 4 would be sent. Said if they determined there was no need for those lines in Northern Ireland they would be sent to Korea.
