Some even-handedness would be a welcome change! If you try and do the same for everyone, you surely will not have the time. Why not try & work your way through Mr. Wexler's post #1384 - and point out all the lies, inconsistancies & irrelevancies? Technically, what Bruce wrote was not right - all of the $57 million is not up-front money. However, while we don't know the actual milestones, experience & common sense can lead to some good guesses - filing the NDA; acceptance of the submission by the FDA; approval, etc. - these seem to common to most deals like this. It also seems reasonable to assume that most of these will be met - not guaranteed but more likely than not - why else would Schering have signed up? BTW - what is your feeling on the odds of achieving each of these milestones, given Schering's expertise.
