You beat me to the punchline. Not only are you all probably right about the convertible debentures, but how much did the share price get shorted down against the convertible debentures before they were converted.

My guess is that the shorting took place on the way down to about 5-7 cents, before the trading got into the millions.

I also guess that if there was $1,000,000 outstanding, then we are looking at at least 25 million added into the market and into the float, basing this at an average of 4 cents. Of course, could be as high as 30 million.

Stay tuned for the next 10Q, that should tell the story.
