This is true, but this is the way I see it(put simply)..... FTEL sells the DVG to FNET and other companies who in return partner and hook up to the FNET network. The Fnet Network is a phone to phone network where end-users don't need any knowledge of computers or VON. They don't need to see it, understand it, or pay for it. NO INITIAL SETUP COSTS FOR END-USERS. All end-users care about is price and quality. So if the quality is comparable, the price is cheaper, and the concept is easy to use, then you have a viable product/service.
