NIF.UN Dislorski you were right on.

Dividend was not sustainable under current circumstances. A board review of current and conditions a decision was made to reduce the monthly dividend by 1.67 cents. Lowering the payout from the previous .0417 to $ .025 cents monthly, (.30 cents, 11.7% annually purchased at todays price.)

I may not enter long enough to qualify for the stipend again this month, as there may be a further number of holders will exit just after Ex/Div. date. Pressuring price even lower. A price of $2.09 would equal the previous P/D ratio.
