Art, speaking of reducing risk, I have a question regarding my shares of WDC. While I am up on my entire position, I have a different cost basis for different sets of shares, all of them obtained through the merger. If I were to sell all of my shares and I bought shares back at a lower price, would some of those initial sales be considered wash sales, or would they not because I made a profit on my average sale price? Sorry for the awkward wording.
