Soup, the big problem here is that Microsoft has not ported the main element of Office - Access.

Access is the flagship relational database for Microsoft and the key to using its line of products. The idea is that you work up a database application in Access and then, as it grows, you move up to Sequal Server. A lot of people have their office systems done in Access and they can not move from the PC if Access is not available. Why not? because your office work is tied to database applications. You need to move instantly between your Access data and your Word document, etc.

People should really push Microsoft hard to add Access to Mac Office just as it is on the PC side. It's crazy how Microsoft is advertising Mac Office 98 as a equal to the PC Office when they have crippled it badly by not including Access.
