Bob, if ACLY has been running up based on a [false] DEc buy out rumor, when the rumor disipates this puppy will fall like a rock. My assessment of probabilities is that the probability of DEC doing something as stupid as this is low but not zero. IMO holding is probably the thing to do.... However, being a risk lover I am tempted to add to my short.... Pancho
