Jerry, Let MR. pink lay it out for you:

1) The business is predicated on healthy businesses paying 30% financing. How big is that market?

2) The company retained sought an investment bank to do a secondary stock offering in November. No one would do a deal because the stock is so overpriced.

3) No analyst is willing to cover the company. (remember mr. pink's other short alerts Say Yes Foods and Total World Telecom both blew up and had no coverage)

4) the company's meager earnings are not tax effected.

5) TAD business is not profitable. (profits are generated by foreign trade business)

6) Projections are pie in the sky.

7) No barriers to entry. Easily duplicated.

8)Company financed through sleazy reg D transactions.

9) Astronomical valuation.
