There is, but you're going to have that with big government programs. And you're going to have a little of it no matter what.

But mostly, when you have the best, most innovative health care in the world, you're going to pay a premium for it, and we do that. It is probably not a bad way for Americans to spend their excessive wealth for now, as it creates knowledge that won't go away, even when other countries don't pick up their shares as we approach equilibrium.
