The biggest differance between MU and CPQ,DELL is that MU has billion dollar assets to depreciate and it takes them 1-6 months to Process a wafer. (I am sure that some one will correct me on the process time)

MU has a greater BV than DELL and CPQ.
An asset in decline, a liabality in growth.
It is the paradigm on their industry where they are sommilar.
Both produce a commodity.
Both compete against large competitors eager to eat the others lunch.
Both need high relative growth vs demand for their opperating model to work.
one has seen their own capicity exceed demand and is in a price spiral.

The other is close to if not allready having exceeded demand.
Demand is not units, It is HorsePower per unit for a price.

The DELL bulls seem to think that demand for more powerful machines will continue forever just as MU Bulls thought that Dram prices would be stable because of supply demand.
In case you did not notice, MU is not going to make $17.00 this year.
Yes in 1995 that was the 1998 EST for MU.

DELL is approching the same situation.
My timing may be off, but my direction is not.
