I also want to thank Bill for posting. My posts were all speculative and based on common sense inferences from the publicly available press releases.

It would not surprise me if Bayer was not talking to IMII about the cervical test yet, since they haven't even exercised their rights to develop it yet. After all if Bayer declines, IMII might be next in line to talk to Matritech.
