I agree that it makes sense to raise more money (e.g., $10M instead of $5M) as insurance against a bump in the road with the FDA. I wanted to make the point that a lower amount of money would likely be sufficient and thus easy to get. Again, I assumed no other revenue coming in, and I don't believe that scenario.

I also agree that if the FDA signals (after 60 days) that it has enough info to warrant a review of the NDA, that alone could have a significant and positive impact on the share price.
