I had an unexpected and very pleasant surprise today when I had to call Apple support. Instead of the truly dreadful music they have used in the past while you are on hold you now have a choice. You are given a choice of at least 3 genres, rock, classical and jazz. There may have been more but I chose door number 2, classical, before the list was done.....I think. The sound quality was also much better. I wish I knew who to give kudos to.
