Looks as if they are getting in a last stab at tax selling today. It's only noon and the volume is already around a qtr. mil., and that one guy is still selling 100 shares at .07. At this low price maybe UMSI can afford to buy back a bunch of shares. I did a little looking on EDGAR. The late filing period for the 10k is 90 days. I couldn't find anything on late filing a 10Q. Art
