The old CSC split off CSRA, as described below, 11/30/2015: Computer Sciences CSC Co announces that its BOD has approved proceeding with the previously announced separation of its U.S. public sector business under a new name, CSRA Inc., as well as the declaration of a special dividend of $10.50/share. * CSRA is expected to complete its previously announced combination with SRA International on November 30, 2015. * Of that special dividend, $2.25 will be paid by CSC and $8.25 will be paid by CSRA. * Shares of CSRA common stock will begin trading under the symbol "CSRA." * CSRA anticipates that "when-issued" trading will begin on or about November 16, 2015 CSRA is expected to report Q1 tomorrow.
