I think the Fed is on the verge of displaying just how helpless they actually are..

Raise rates and they risk a stronger dollar...

A stronger dollar will pressure China to further, perhaps markedly, devalue the Yuan...

But it's about the only ammunition they have, outside of raising margin rates, to stop this monster equity and housing bubble they are creating..
