Gary...TSIS?...I'm new at pennies and don't want to make a big mistake...fundamentals look ok but IR person is offering to sell me shares direct from the company...is that ok to do? Is it legal? AND, he's hypeing the company to go way up quickly....if so, why would he sell me his shares...help please!!!! Bob
