Peter, you mentioned Merck exetension of agreement with Martek and
I assume you refer to one announced Feb 15 96. Extend thru 1996.

Talked to Martek today and found things progressing well. Formulaid
plant doing well in getting production ramped up to produce the
product ecomically. Everything else still on schedule.

I'll be attending their annual meeting on 18 March here in my area
and will post on anything new.
