BT never allowed CCEE to make the announcement of BT utilising db express. This caused much distress amongst CCEE investors, ask one! What is it you're trying to say? BT ok'd the last announcement which was a disappointment to CCEE investors again because NO NUMBERS were given, even tho' in Richards West newsletter, conservative figures showed $275,000,000.00 revenues over 3 yrs. , You can see why CCEE investors are frustrated. BT uses db express with its' customers to gather info over the internet w/o downloading, Citicorp is BT's biggest customer using the technology. the REAL announcement, with numbers , will be out in the near future...
As far as the reverse split and dilution, I suggest you look closer at the 'intimate' relationship between CCEE & BT.
It appears you just have a problem with me, if you don't find my posts worth your time, press 'next', but I would suggest you do more DD on CCEE, you seem ill-informed
