I wouldn't call it tested when the defendant isn't allowed a trial. Enforced, but not tested. In fact, no one has been willing to face Intel in Court where they would have to prove their charges.

Right. Intel scared them away with concessions and huge wads of cash.

LOL keep those excuses coming! (Or, alternatively, complain that I'm stuck in the past and act worried for me.)
