Intel scared them away with concessions and huge wads of cash

AMD turned down 10x that amount if they could prove their case. They wouldn't risk it. Intel would have spent nearly as much in legal fees anyway.

The FTC caved in rather than risk it.

The NYAG just plain threw in the towel.

The fact is nobody has been willing to face Intel in Court, where they would have to prove their case, including the EUC.

Now how about returning to this decade please. Can't you think of something else to hate?
