A classic case of greed and cajones working in concert.

If you do the crime - you must do the time.

That should put Phil seriously into the seniors league.

These slaps on the wrist and give the government the money will never stop the crime.

Until some one joins Maddof, for insider trading the cheaters will take their chances.

Of course the congressman will have to clean up their acts also - perhaps the bigger offenders.g/ng

They all end up rich don't they and never own a business and work 75 hour weeks - wonderment.
