Ziad:With the oil prices going down, and no JV partners in sight I very much doubt the drilling program that Steve Jacob's is proposing for April 98 will happen as planned. Add to that the financial turmoil in Indonesia, with a massive debt of some 200 plus billion dollars don't expect the Indonesians forthcoming with the money easily to build the 3 new bridges to the drill site. For one thing, where is the money going to come from if there are no parnters nor any acquisition,for the drilling program for Tracer to do it alone????Just a thought, but sadly true according to my assumptions. Somebody tell me I am wrong, please.
