Art C., I think that these sales are coming from the block that Select has and they are rapidly dispursing them at the highest price they can get. They probably own these at .01 or .02 and anything above that is a profit. I am really beginning to question the 100 lot shares being traded as highly suspect. I do not believe that this is a private, individual trade. This baby is being walked down slowly, purposefully,and very profitably for somebody. I wonder who????? If you go back to my last conversation with Kostech on Nov.5 post # 311 I was told the following:" THE NEW FINANCING PKG. IS NOT ABLE TO CONVERT UNTIL NEXT YEAR WHICH WILL PROVIDE SOME BREATHING ROOM BETWEEN NOW AND THEN.THE NEW FINANCING PKG. WILL BE DONE IN TRAUNCHES TO LIMIT THE DILUTION AT EACH LEVEL. THE THEORY BEING THAT WHEN MONEY IS NEEDED FOR THE NEXT TRAUNCH THE STOCK PRICES WILL BE HIGHER DUE TO POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTS". ALSO THE SEC FILINGS WILL BE OUT NOV. 15. Baker told the above to Tom Kosta and Kosta relayed it to me in conversation. Did Baker lie to Kosta? Has Baker been lying all along? Were the financials not filed purposefully because the terms of the last finance pkg. would have to be disclosed and that would have revealed at the very least contradictory information. Has this been the plan all along? If it is true who is culpable? If this and more are true what recourse do we have? Any? Art, I also believe that the 90 day extension does not apply to UMSI. I think that Skaar, or Gene posted that earlier today. The more I think about this, the more I believe that it has been orchastrated to a T, and we are the fiddle. Any thoughts? Pro or Con. And where do we go from here? I am really starting to get P----d Off. And it has nothing to do with the money I have in this thing. Regards, HG
