AFAIK there have not been any real accusations other than his ex-wife accused him of rape in the midst of a divorce, which she later recanted.

There was this Harth woman who has admitted the suit was bogus. He may be a philanderer, a womanizer, or a "playboy". But I see no evidence at all of his being a predator on the on the order of Bill Clinton.
