The anti-gun people always want to close "The gun show loophole," and increase the number and intensity of background checks. They do not seem to understand that not one of the 14 mass shootings that have taken place in recent history would have been stopped by a background check. If a gun bought at gun show was instrumental in a shooting crime, I've never heard of it. Criminals get their guns from other criminals or stealing them. It's vital that gun-owners secure their firearms to prevent stealing them.
