It doesn't sound like you are confused in your stance! I think Trump understands that it is not about race in any way. It is about good people versus people of lesser character. And you undoubtedly understand that.

It is about civilised values. And one of the great civilised values is not judging people negatively on incidental characteristics such as color--neither on statistical expectations.

I think I understand what you are saying. But I bet you get misjudged a lot--just as Donald Trump is often misjudged (often deliberately so).

I remember many years ago when IQ differences were politically correct (and relevant) amongst whites, but it was not correct to acknowledge conclusions that showed that the Japanese as a group had a higher mean IQ than other groups--and higher than whites in general. I don't know what the current thinking is--but there again...that is academic and irrelevant to the individual case.

You're right...Trump is saying what people need to have said. White people need to stop apologising for civilization and the rule of law.
