I don't think I posted short interest for the settlement date of May 13. Well, it was 2,812,518, up from 2,648,220. The share price during the previous two week period was around 40 cents and during the two week period before that just above 50 cents.

A year ago the short interest was pretty much what it is now, about 2.6M shares. The share price a year ago was a dollar higher than it is now. I point this out to ask why would anyone who shorted shares a year ago, or before that, not want to cover at these prices? The volume we have had would absorb the cover, I would think. I don't get it unless there is a solid argument for the company to go BK in the very near term, and there just isn't. I have never figured out the shorting strategy. If any of you can enlighten me, I am ready for the lesson.
