Sorry Shep, I don't have a link to that statement because I was wrong. Turns out that was just a hit piece on the Clintons. While it's true they do have Secret Service protection at Chappaqua, and they are entitled to collect rent from the Secret Service, they have thus far declined to accept rental payments.

I guess the Clintons were going after the bigger fish, i.e. The White House and the Clinton Foundation. Why mess around with piddly rental money from the SS?
